I know there has been a lot of concern over the use of these in Canada.

This is what I received as a response from Shoppers today, will update again after they speak to customer service

SHOPPERS RESPONSE TO THE ISSUE

If it's a coupon printed off the internet, then it's up to the store's discretion whether to accept it or not. If it was a formal, mailed coupon, they should, but I'll verify with customer service.

I'm being told that we do NOT accept coupons with a US address on them, so if that's all there is on these coupons, we can't take them. You can let Clairol know that they need to do a Canadian version next time....  

UPDATE FROM CLAIROL 

To our fabulous Canadian consumers: We will be sending a replacement Canadian coupon within 2-4 weeks. Foam will be in stores broadly in Canada in early March. We’re truly sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused. Thank you all so much for your patience and comments.
